Ltd., we are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible IT solutions and services, including website creation, design and development, social media marketing, digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, graphic design, UI/UX design, and business ideologies and strategies. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we will process refund requests.

 

Scope of Our Refund Policy


This policy applies to the various IT solutions and services we provide, including but not limited to web design, development, maintenance, digital marketing services (SEO, SMO), content creation, graphic design, and UI/UX design. Please note that this policy does not cover third-party products or services, such as software licenses, domain registrations, hosting fees, or other third-party services that may be recommended or incorporated as part of our solutions.

 

Refund Requests

For a refund request, kindly contact our customer support at  hiimanshiiitsolutionspvtltd10@gmail.com. We will review your request and reply promptly. We will request additional information for further processing in some cases.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Provided: If the service you purchased is not delivered as agreed upon, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Service Not as Described: If the service provided is substantially different from the agreed-upon scope outlined in our proposal, a refund may be issued.
  • Project Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel a project before it begins or early in the development process, a partial refund may be issued, based on the progress made at the time of cancellation.
